What we collect
When you contact us or use the AI estimator, we receive the details you enter, including your name, contact information, vehicle information, incident description and the vehicle photographs you choose to upload. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, prepare an estimate, and where relevant to progress a repair or an insurance claim on your behalf. We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
Vehicle photographs and vehicle details are sent to our secure AI service provider solely to produce the preliminary assessment. We may also share relevant information with your insurer where you ask us to handle a claim, and with suppliers needed to complete your repair. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and photo estimates that do not become repairs are deleted once they are clearly closed. Repair records are kept as long as required for warranty, insurance and tax purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will action it.

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page. Material changes will be dated at the top.
